With only 1 week left in our 6 week Body Transformation Challenge, we’ve had an awesome 5 weeks of members working hard and progressing week over week. The long weekend is a well deserved break. Don’t get too crazy though!

Saturday the 7th: Regular Schedule and Classes
Sunday the 8th: Open Gym Only – No Yoga
Monday the 9th: Full Closure
Tuesday the 10th: Regular Schedule Returns
