    Long weekend schedule:

    Saturday the 2nd: Regular schedule and classes
    Sunday the 3rd: OPEN GYM ONLY – NO CLASSES
    Monday the 4th: FULL CLOSURE
    Tuesday the 5th: Regular schedule and classes – 2017 Body Transformation Launch

    2017 Body Transformation

    Starting September 5th, and continuing for 6 weeks, we will be running a transformation challenge. What this means is that all the boot camp classes will be part of a periodized program to help you achieve your goal of Fat loss, Endurance, Strength, Hypertrophy, or whatever you have in mind.
    In Order to track everyone’s progress, for the duration of the challenge everyone will have to pick a buddy/Partner. Together you will help each other weigh in, take measurements and photos, and record fitness results (think max push ups etc.). Progress tracking will be done every Wednesday.
    At the end of the challenge we will collect everyone’s recorded info, and based off those results, we will be choosing both a male and female transformation challenge winner.
    Anyone undertaking the transformation challenge will also be offered nutritional guidance and help with meal plans for the duration of the challenge
