With the holidays fast approaching, we want to make sure that you don’t miss anything going on at Primal this month. Everyone gets busy, so we’re here to help you stay on track.
First order of business, we want to help make your holiday shopping as pain free as possible, which is why we are now offering gift certificates in any denomination! These gift certificates can be applied to all things Primal: from apparel, team training, monthly memberships, and massage therapy, to personal training, nutritional supplements (such as BioSteel, Vega or RivalUs), or anything else we offer at the gym. That also includes the Primal Movement ladies t-shirts, which will be available in time for Christmas. Pick up some Primal Movement gift certificates for your loved ones, and give the gift of fitness this Christmas!
This year’s Christmas party will be hosted on Saturday December 13th,2014. It will be open house style from 4pm-9pm. Please feel free to bring friends and family – the more the merrier! Primal Movement will be providing the holiday treats and will also be showcasing the beautiful artwork of Debra Archibald (want a little preview? you can view Debra’s work HERE). All of the pieces will be for sale, and make for an incredible holiday gift!
Also on December 13th, Primal MMA will be hosting their first ever Submission League Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Tournament at noon. If you’ve never experienced a grappling competition, but have always wanted to see what it is about, this is the perfect opportunity.
Without getting too far ahead of ourselves, we want to give everyone a heads up of a new service we will be offering come January 2015: Naturopathic Sports Medicine Clinic. Movement Medicine will be lead by our newest team member Teresa Ambra, who many members now know from her big smile and friendly demeanor. Be sure to keep an eye out for the official unveiling of Movement Medicine coming soon.
As always, drop us a line anytime if you have any questions about memberships, private rentals, training or anything else we can assist you with. Keep the training going, don’t wait for 2015 to make the change.
