I am certified Personal Training Specialist (PTS) with a passion for powerlifting and strength training. Whether you’re interested in losing weight or gaining lean muscle mass, body toning or increasing strength, I’ll help you achieve your goals with practical programming involving basic barbell movements and efficient conditioning. Growing up, my athletic interests were geared specifically towards hockey, but in high school, I joined the wrestling team. Weighing in at 155 lbs, I wanted nothing more than to become bigger, stronger, and faster to gain a competitive edge. My coach introduced me to the weight room, and I was hooked. With four years of intensive barbell training, I have gained 90lbs of mass, and my comparative strength has increased more than threefold. My focus has typically been powerlifting, but I also have experience with Strongman and Olympic weightlifting. I still strive to get bigger and stronger everyday, and I’m working towards powerlifting competitively in the near future.

With nearly a decade of experience working with clients, Mike know’s how to transform anybody. He also know that everybody is different, so is the path to success. The goal is to help you reach your maximum fitness potential and teach you how to maintain optimal health. Whether you want to gain muscle or lose weight, Mike will show you the best way to do it. Create positive habits and stay disciplined in your daily routine. You can build your ideal body and keep your hard-earned results.
Mike played a lot of sports growing up, but basketball was always his greatest passion. He competed in track & field when he was younger. He was good at sprinting and jumping, but the best event was shot put – despite being tall and skinny. Mike started weight training right after high school and quickly fell in love with bodybuilding. He’s been lifting for fifteen years now and is still pushing himself.
His training method is focused on weightlifting and metabolic conditioning, with heavy emphasis on mobility and functional movement. Mike likes to use bodybuilding and powerlifting protocols to increase muscle mass. He also design athletic circuits to improve endurance and increase work capacity. Strength is health. Aesthetics are important too, but living free of pain and illness is the greatest reward.
Determining your individual training and nutrition needs can be challenging. Metabolic damage is common and muscular dysfunctions need to be fixed before change can occur. With Mike’s knowledge and expertise, he will lead you through the process safely and efficiently. Mike takes pride in keeping clients injury-free while pushing past their limits. Fitness should be a pleasure, not a chore. Once you get hooked on feeling strong you’ll never want to stop!
Sara has been passionate about movement and challenging her abilities since a very young age. Personally, she has a varied background; from being a dancer, a high performance track athlete, to currently training as a circus artist. Throughout all those years, she has always worked hard, alongside some of the best coaches. Being surrounded by such knowledgeable, passionate leaders, she quickly realized it was time to become the same to others.
After graduating from l’Université de Moncton in 2011 with her bachelors in kinesiology, Sara jumped right into the career path of a personal trainer. She has a strong passion for working one on one with clients, helping them achieve their goals, and better yet, allowing them to realize much more than they ever thought possible. She loves working with all levels, from pure beginners to high performance athletes. However, her passion goes beyond what happens in the gym. With her clients, she encourages a great focus on lifestyle elements that will allow for a healthier, more balanced life.
Over the years, she has managed to keep growing as a trainer by taking many different courses, where she also developed a passion for Fascial Stretch Therapy. This table assisted stretching method provides a significant increase in range of motion along with reducing pain and scar tissue. Sara believes in this therapy to help clients find the freedom to move, in and out of the gym.
With a very well rounded, personalized approach, Sara is eager to support and guide others to their health and fitness goals!

Jack always knew fitness and athletics were his passion. He grew up in a gym watching his father, a personal trainer, work with client after client, hoping that one day he too would follow a similar path. At the age of 16 Jack took up boxing in hopes of taking his overall fitness and self-confidence to a new level, and in return he discovered that fighting was what he was meant to do. Boxing helped him grow as an athlete, and as a young man. He’s competed at the local, provincial, national, and international level and hope to soon land a spot on Canada’s Olympic squad. Teaching boxing lessons has only helped him grow as a fighter, and although first round knockouts are the icing on the cake for him, seeing the day-to-day improvement in his classes might be the cherry on top.
